How long is order processing?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Where do you deliver?

Delivery is available to all 50 US states. For an international order, contact us before ordering to confirm the destination and shipping charge. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.

When can I request a return?

Contact us within 30 days of receipt. A personal-reason return must be unworn and unused, with its tags and original packaging. Applicable EU orders also have a 14-day cooling-off period; statutory rights take priority.

What if an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Contact us immediately after receipt. For shipping damage or loss, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. These reporting instructions do not remove your statutory rights.

Where should an approved return be sent?

Wait for approval and follow the return label, return-address and shipping instructions supplied by the store. Do not send an item to the public contact address without those instructions.

When will an approved refund arrive?

After the return is inspected and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or credit-card posting time is additional. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed after approval without receipt.
